We hereby confirm that Azul Construcción Repair, S.A. with CIF A41243999 is a signatory entity of the Global Compact since 18 May 2016. Therefore, Azul Construcción Repair, S.A.'s commitment to the 10 Principles of the Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour Standards, Environment and Anti-Corruption is acknowledged. This commitment must be communicated to its stakeholders and reflected in the Progress Report that must be presented annually informing of the progress made in the implementation of the 10 Principles. This certificate will cease to be valid if the entity Azul Construcción Repair, S.A. does not comply with its commitment to present the Progress Report and is declared inactive by the Global Compact.
