To do so, we need you to help us by informing us of any violation that you observe, whether you are a member of our organization or not. This communication is completely confidential, and will be addressed to our system manager, who will ensure your privacy, not having any retaliation, and guaranteeing your indemnity.

If you still prefer to do it anonymously, it is not necessary to indicate your name, but please at least specify very well the facts and responsible persons so that our system manager can investigate and clarify the reported facts.

Once the communication has been sent, acknowledgement of receipt will be issued within a period of no more than 7 days.

The deadline for motions for resolutions shall be as follows:

  • For consultations, the period shall not exceed 10 working days from the receipt of the consultation.
  • For communications of non-compliance, the term for the issuance of proposed resolutions shall not exceed 3 months from the receipt of the communication.
